On June 30, 2025, the new generation of DJI's transport aircraft FlyCart 100, was officially launched, and MYUAV Technology simultaneously unveiled its accompanying FlyCart 100 tethering system (FC100 ting system).

This upgrade, based on MYUAV's technology accumulation in the FC30 tethered drone platform, further breaks through the boundaries of technology and the more powerful FlyCart 100 tethering system (FC100 tethering system), aiming to meet the operational needs of higher payload, longer flight, and more complex scenarios.

1. Four major upgrades of core technology

Ultra-high power support: The system adopts a 25kW-200kg tethering solution, which is significantly improved from the previous generation FC30's 16kW-100kg class, and can support full power long- operation under 80kg payload state, and provides wind resistance redundancy through optimized design, to fully guarantee flight safety.

High-voltage power supply scheme: The ground base adopts mature and stable 1000V DC high-voltage transmission technology, which effectively reduces cable loss; it supports multi-source input such as 380V power supply, tram power supply, or generator power supply, and perfectly adapts to the complex operation environment in the field. The accompanying cable not only has a tensile strength of≥3000N, but also optimizes the high-temperature resistance (≥300℃) for the fire fighting scenario, ensuring reliability under extreme conditions.

Intelligent voltage stabilization technology: The aircraft power supply has an efficiency of up to 96%, and the voltage stabilization accuracy is controlled within ±1%, fully ensuring the of the power supply for the drone during long-term hovering; combined with MYUAV's self-developed dynamic voltage compensation technology, it further optimizes the stability of the power input, to cope with complex working conditions.

Bionic battery technology: Relying on the technology accumulation of FC30, the FlyCart 100ethering system (FC100 tethering system) innovatively adopts a bionic battery design, which is highly consistent with the original battery of the drone in terms of and size, effectively ensuring the center of gravity balance during flight, and achieving seamless adaptation.

2. New breakthroughs in application scenarios

High-rise fire fighting and Combined:With the fire-fighting nozzle mount, it can achieve fire-fighting water spray with a 40mm caliber fire hose at a height of 80m and foam spray at a height of 150m; combined with a high-pressure water gun (35MPa) and IP68 waterproof design, it is for cleaning buildings over 240 meters.

Emergency communication and rescue: With its powerful payload capacity, the system can carry heavy communication relay equipment, quickly set up temporary base stations in disaster areas, and support 72-hour uninterrupted aerial operations, completely breaking through the endurance bottleneck of traditional drones.

Modular design: The aircraft power supply weighs only 14.8kg, and the overall weight of the station is controlled within 55kg, supporting quick disassembly and assembly, greatly improving the convenience of transportation.
