Leaders from Haicang District Development and Reform Bureau and Xiamen Federation of Industry and Commerce Visit MYUAV to Investigate Tethered Drone Technologies and Applications
Recently, officials from the Haicang District Development and Reform Bureau of Xiamen and the Xiamen Federation of Industry and Commerce paid an on-site visit to MYUAV Technology (Nanjing) Co., Ltd. They conducted an in-depth investigation into the company’s development as well as the technologies and application scenarios of its tethered drones, jointly exploring new pathways for the coordinated development of low-altitude economy equipment and municipal operation & maintenance.
The delegation was led by Wu Kefen, First-Level Researcher of Haicang District Development and Reform Bureau and Director of the Office of Maluan Bay New Town Headquarters, and Gao Bing, Secretary-General of Xiamen Federation of Industry and Commerce and Minister of the Investment Promotion Department of Xiamen Maluan Bay Headquarters.
At the company exhibition hall and test site, the inspection team learned in detail about MYUAV’s self-developed M400X dual-tethered high-altitude cleaning drone system. They focused on its application performance in scenarios such as building exterior wall cleaning and expressway sound barrier cleaning, and watched on-site demonstrations of supporting technologies including tethered base station power supply, remote display and control APP.
Wu Kefen spoke highly of MYUAV’s technological accumulation and innovative achievements in the field of tethered drones, and had in-depth exchanges with the enterprise on the promotion and application of relevant equipment in urban infrastructure maintenance. Gao Bing introduced the industrial investment promotion planning of Xiamen Maluan Bay New Town, and discussed potential cooperation space and development directions with the company regarding low-altitude economy equipment manufacturing and the implementation of scenario-based applications.
The visit further enhanced mutual understanding and trust between the government and the enterprise, laying a solid foundation for subsequent project docking and industrial cooperation. Going forward, both sides will take this inspection as an opportunity to strengthen communication and connection, promote the precise matching of high-quality low-altitude economic equipment with urban operation and maintenance demands, and support the modernization of urban governance and high-quality regional economic development.
