Recently, MYUAV successfully completed a drone cleaning operation at the Huayan Robotics Global Intelligent Manufacturing Base. The mission adopted the collaborative operation of FC30 and M400 tethered high-altitude cleaning drones. Both drones took off simultaneously and worked in coordination to finish the high-altitude cleaning of the base’s building facade.

In this operation, the FC30 was responsible for high-rise areas. Powered by a ground tethered power supply system, it can operate continuously for more than 8 hours and maintain stable hovering for a long duration. The M400 focused on precision cleaning for mid and low-rise areas, covering the blind spots left by high-altitude operations.

Dual-drone collaboration greatly saves time on vertical docking and horizontal movement. The whole process adopts intelligent ground remote control, achieving dead-angle-free cleaning.

Traditional manual work with scaffolding or hanging ropes is difficult to access complex curtain wall edges effectively, and comes with significant safety risks. The dual-drone collaborative mode perfectly covers the blind spots of manual cleaning.

Located in Foshan, Guangdong, Huayan Robotics Global Intelligent Manufacturing Base is an advanced manufacturing facility of a national-level "Specialized, Refined, Differential and Innovative" key Little Giant Enterprise.

This joint cleaning mission of FC30 and M400 tethered high-altitude cleaning drones has verified the feasibility and practicality of tethered drones in the facade maintenance of high-end manufacturing parks. It also provides a practical and replicable operation template for similar application scenarios.
